Simple things like intentional breathing and taking care of yourself can go a long way. Add blocks of time into your study schedule to pause and reflect on all you’ve accomplished. Set aside time for relaxation, and focus on yourself as well as your upcoming exam. Eat your favorite meal, make sure you’re drinking ample water. Make goals to get to bed on time, disconnect for a while to aid your brain and body in restoration.
