28 Days of Kindness

At IDEXX, during the month of February, we focus on our global 28 days of kindness challenge.

An act of kindness, no matter how small, can have a powerful ripple effect. When people are treated with kindness, they often pass on that same kindness to others and before you know it, you’ve positively impacted a lot of people. 

Remember, it’s sometimes the little things that have the biggest impact. You can make someone’s day simply by buying their cup of coffee, sending a postcard, filling your bird feeder, letting someone ahead of you in line, offering your seat on the bus… With enough good deeds, we can make a difference.

Below are 28 examples, one for each day of February. Feel free to work your way through the list in any order you’d like; do multiple acts in one day; repeat your favorites; create your own – just do at least one act of kindness a day.
