Share a memory from your residency: We needed to do an ultrasound of a big snake, obviously very ill… during the procedure the exotic team said very carefully “Oh dear, the snake is dead” and we were like “No it’s not, look at that heart it’s beating..!”. What we didn’t know is that heart can beat up to 24h (and even 48h I think but not sure) after death in snakes.. Amazing!

Why did you choose a career as a Veterinary Radiologist? Well, it’s all a bit of destiny for me.. I was a very lucky person and very happy now!
Passions/interests: Horses! (show jumping and racing)
What is your favorite thing about Veterinary Radiology? it’s a never-ending learning curve! I never get bored!
What do you enjoy about your position with IDEXX? Very flexible shifts, supportive team.
What tips would you like to share with Radiologists interested in Telemedicine? Use Dragon!! and learn to use it. Take breaks to stay focused.
Are there Telemedicine myths you’d like to bust? I would like to bust the myth that you get fat and become anti-social.
What other information would you like to highlight about our team? Very supportive team, very efficient and such smart people!!
Tell us what your perfect day looks like: Spending a sunny Sunday at the races or at the show jumping with family and friends.
Tell us about the animal companions in your life: We have a new little puppy, a rescue dog that was found in a dump with its litter-mates.. A very nice little girl! Looks like a fox… sweet.
