5 Month-old Female Intact Bullmastiff From Arizona

History: The patient presents for a non-weight bearing lameness of the right frontlimb with pain and muscle atrophy. The patient is also painful along the left aspect of the skull as well. The patient is lethargic and febrile. Last vaccines were 1 weeks ago and lameness worsened after vaccines.
