4 year-old Male Neutered English Cocker Spaniel

History:

A 4 year-old Male Neutered English Cocker Spaniel was examined because of vomiting and diarrhea for 2-3 days.  The cranial abdomen was distended and groaning was noted during deep palpation.  Historically, the patient has had a sensitive stomach.

What are the recommendations regarding either further imaging/diagnostics or therapy, based on the radiographs?
